All right, so it is not Friday, but I did not have access to the internet yesterday, so just pretend for a moment that it is Friday!
I did not do a weigh in yesterday. Not because I did not want to, but because I am visiting family. However, I feel pretty good about this week. I got off track a bit yesterday, but the rest of the week has been pretty good. Not only that, but I noticed a difference in my jeans this week. I can pull them off and on without unbuttoning. Hooray!
I am trying not to be too hard on myself if I have a bad day and just hop back on the horse when I do have a bad day. I know, it might seem like the most obvious thing to do, but honestly this has been a real snag in losing weight in the past. After talking to some of my friends, I have found this is actually a common problem. It is so easy to have one bad day and then another and then another all because of a pity party or something. So no more hang ups! I am trying to focus on the long-term goal of feeling good about myself both mentally and physically.
