A Transition Made Easier
While Baby Pistachio transitioned into a room of his own by six months, he didn’t sleep by himself in there for quite a while. At first, my husband slept in there with him to help him transition into the nursery. However, when Pistachio started having seizures, we couldn’t leave him in a room on his own for a while. My husband ended up sleeping on the sofa in the nursery for a few months. We don’t know what caused the seizures. They seemed to annoy my baby boy more than anything else. After a while, he stopped having them, and we wanted to transition Pistachio into sleeping in his room on his own.
However, Pistachio was so used to his daddy being in there at night that he had a hard time staying asleep on his own because he wanted the comfort he had knowing Daddy was nearby. It was about that time that we received his Lulla Doll, or as we call it “His Lulla Baby.”
The Lulla Doll imitates closeness to a parent at rest with its soft feel and soothing sounds of real-life breathing and heartbeat. The Lulla Doll plays for up to 12 hours to provide comfort all night long.

Designed in Iceland and inspired by scientific research on closeness, sleep and well-being, the Lulla doll was in development for three years with the help of doctors, nurses, psychologists, parents and babies. The baby doll comes with a removable sound box so that the doll is machine washable.
This doll can be used from birth. There is even a way to attach it to the crib. This doll was our son’s first lovey and he loved snuggling up to his baby.
