Recently, our cousin Jacob sent Flat Stanley to come stay with us for a while. The other day, he came with us to help Sweet Pea with her doctor appointment. He was a big help!

Our Flat Stanley Adventure!

After our visit to the doctor, we decided to hit the trails and show him our favorite area park! We had a hard time deciding which direction to go!

Which path do you want to take, Stanley?

While on our walk, he and Sissy wanted to check out the fishermen in the water below the bridge.

Don't worry, Stanley! Sissy won't let you fall.

Flat Stanley got a bit tired, so he took a rest in style with Sweet Pea.

From the stroller, he noticed something off to the side…It was a snake skin!

Don't worry! The snake was long gone.

After our walk, Flat Stanley was so thirsty that he drank all my lemonade!

How can someone so small drink all that lemonade?

It’s all okay though. He made up for it by helping me bake brownies.

His brownies were quite delicious, and he didn't even fall in the bowl!

To end the day, he played with Sweet Pea and made a new friend with Sophie the Giraffe.

  1. My boys made a Flat Stanley when they were in kindergarten and it’s been so long that I don’t remember exactly what we did but I remember they loved it and we sent it along to friends that loved it as well.
