Getting ready for St. Patrick’s Day
We never used to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, as I married into a Polish family. However, after having my two youngest, I keep finding fun activities to do with them.
Now we have cute, coordinating outfits for the kids. We make little crafts, like this Leprechaun Trap. My youngest has been really getting into it this year, and we have window decorations and a wreath now! I don’t want to go overboard. Also, I don’t judge anyone who does. I will say that I enjoy doing little bits of whimsy with my kids when I can fit it into our day-to-day.
No matter how much or little you do, just have fun!

Before we begin, let’s talk about how awesome an air fryer is.
I swear I won’t drone on and on because that really isn’t my thing. Also, you can skip this section and scroll to the recipe.
I just wanted to mention how much I regret not joining the air fryer club sooner! I bought one for my husband little over a year ago for Christmas. Now we are the proud owners of two air fryers! I never thought to have more than one. However, they are so much fun that having a second is totally worth it! I love that you can make less greasy food. We also have fun coming up with some interesting concoctions. Last night, for example, my husband decided to experiment a bit with chicken. He ended up making this super delicious coconut-crusted chicken. Talk about amazing! I think the air fryer is my favorite kitchen appliance.
Enough about that though. Let’s make some St. Patrick’s Day Air Fryer Lucky Charms Donuts!
