Tips for Planning a Great Party
If you know me, you know I love throwing a great party! However, planning a party may seem daunting to some, so let me break down the basics for you.
First, decide if you want a theme. Next, figure out a location. Do you want this event at your home or another location. The pros to having it at your home is that it saves on costs. However, some people don’t like the clean-up involved afterward.
Once you have that sorted, decide if you want it to be formal or informal and start planning a menu. You can go from simple snacks to a meal or even a potluck where everyone brings something. I always like to make sure I know what food allergies people have to make sure they have something.
Then decide if you want any entertainment. Do you want games or board games available? Is this an event for a dj or band? Or is it just a simple gathering to mingle and relax? Whatever you do, just remember to keep it within your comfort level. You want to have fun too and not get stressed out!
But enough about that, let’s get onto the recipe!
