If you are like me, you have probably scrolled through Amazon and saw some cute fashion trend and wondered: “But how does it fit?” That is why I decided to share my plus size Amazon fashion finds. I wanted to share how they fit and whether or not they actually work for plus size folx! Today, I am sharing all about this cute Oversized Sweater from Amazon that comes in smaller plus sizes!
How I found this Oversized Sweater
A few weeks ago, I saw one of my influencer friends post this sweater in a different color on her stories. Of course, I thought it was super cute. I messaged her to ask if it was true to size for her, even though she is straight sized and I am plus. Since she said it fit true to size, I decided to scope it out and found this awesome color block one. I looked at their sizing chart and went with the XL just in case their bigger sizes ran small.
How Does it fit?
According to the size chart, the Large fits from a 16-20. The XL fits from an 18-22. To give you an idea of how accurate the sizing is, I wear a 16 in Lane Bryant and Torrid pants currently and a 1 or 2x in their shirts depending on the cut. I tried the XL for this, and honestly, I could have sized down to the L.
This sweater definitely works for smaller plus sizes and is accurate in sizing! If you have ever been burned by ordering fashion pieces on Amazon in plus size and got something that could fit your kid, then you know how big of a deal it is to find something cute that fits right there!
What I love about this Plus Size Amazon Fashion Find
First off, I love that this oversized sweater fits properly and is well-made. Second, I love that the price is under $40. Third, I love that even in the plus sizes, there are several options for colors! This makes this plus size Amazon fashion find a real gem in my book!
I really love this color block look! This sweater looks great with leggings, but it could work well with jeans. This color block look can be a little more androgynous, which is something I have been exploring more style wise.

I sometimes have problems with amazon and really usually never buy dresses because they never work out. We shall see if today’s is an exception. But sweaters, I do ok as long as I see someone my size try on and it sure helps.

Seeing someone else wear it first always helps. I have had similar issues with dresses as I fell into the trap of looking on there for pin up dresses for a competition once.

I love this sweater and I have seen it featured on many blogs and I have also scoped it out on Amazon a few times myself! But I never order for exactly this reason…I never know how it will fit. I am a size 12/14 on the bottom and a 16/18 on the top and have such a difficult time with fit especially when ordering online. So I really appreciate this review! And it is nice to know that the XL fits in a comfy oversized way! Normally if I want oversized I have to get at least a 3X.
