Last week, Sissy and I went to a friend’s house for a smoothie party where we made some new friends. One of those friends made this pudding, and I thought it was several kinds of awesome. However, I was so busy talking that I did not get the recipe. So the other day, my husband and I were experimenting in the kitchen, and here is what we decided as our recipe. My recommendation is that you should use Hass Avocados because they taste better in this recipe.
Chocolate Avocado Pudding:
2 Ripe Avocados (Hass Avocados are recommended)
1/2 c Raw Honey (or Agave Nectar)
1/2 c Cocoa Powder
1 t Vanilla (or to taste)
Mash the avocados and then blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until everything is smooth.
We could not taste the avocado in it and is now my new favorite dessert!
