About StikBot
StikBot makes for great stopmotion animation fun! They come in packs of figures, like the one we received. However, the makers of StikBot also have a castle movie set and their own animation studio pack (just to name a few of our faves). We have the animation studio, and it has been a kidlet favorite for years!
What makes StikBot so cool is that you not only get a figure in the pack, but a background as well! Plus, they have their own app that you can download for free to make cool animation videos. So with one little toy, you have the ability to have imaginative play but also educational play as well!
What We Love About StikBot
Our family has been fans of StikBot for years! My son asked for the animation studio years ago. Recently, he handed it down to Crankles because she has gotten into stopmotion animation. After years of play, it is still in great condition, as are the figures. So these toys are really built to last!
These toys are what really got my son into stopmotion animation. Since then, he has taken classes and got more stopmotion equipment for video making.
The StikBots have come a long way since Bubby first started with them. When I saw recently how much more they added to their line, I was quite impressed. This is definitely one of those toys you can start small and build onto as your child gets into it. If you want, you can start with a few figures and then get the studio or the castle or the more complex figures. Pricewise, they are great too, a figurine starts at under $10! It is even something you could do as a stocking stuffer if you are just getting started!
