First Ride On carries a variety of licensed replica kids’ sized vehicles. For this review, we chose the Ford F150 Raptor.
His Ford F150 Raptor looks just like the real thing! It includes the Raptor-specific front grille, working LED headlights, a life-like horn, a rear trunk, seat belts, Bluetooth audio, an FM radio, and even locking doors!
This truck comes equipped with dual 90W motors and a 24V 7Ah battery, providing up to 110 minutes of adventure for kids! Plus, it comes with a parental remote control so you can control the vehicle when needed! It comes 70 percent assembled, and the rest is easy to do! You can imagine my 5-year-old’s excitement at seeing a truck that looks like the real thing! He has been so excited to drive around in his own truck acting like his big brother and his dad!
Our Review on First Ride On Kids’ Vehicles
This really is my son’s first ride on vehicle. It really does make for a great play vehicle for kids. I love the parental remote just in case he goes to far or steers the wrong way. My kid is still learning after all. The battery life makes for fun afternoon adventures.
The realistic features make for great imaginative play. I love screen-free play ideas. I am also big on imaginative play as a former toy store owner and children’s entertainer. This truck contains so many realistic features that help spark his imagination!
Considering my little guy is autistic and approaches life differently at times, this vehicle has been great for him. I don’t have to worry about him hurting himself. It is a durable vehicle. While we did have the seatbelt straps too loose at first, it has been an easy fix to tighten them. To be honest, I like that it has seat belts, even though safety hasn’t been an issue.
Overall, I love the design, and so does he. The safety features give me a peace of mind. Plus, the realistic features win us over because it makes for long-lasting play!
