Who says you can’t play with your food? I love these cute Easter Bunny Waffles! What a tasty way to start the day! These Easter Bunny waffles can be made year-round. However, I thought I would share as an idea for Easter Breakfast for the upcoming holiday!

Fun with Food
If you want to skip ahead to the actual recipe, I am totally cool with that. However, I want to share a little about the fun we have had with waffle creations over the years. It all started with my Princess Leia Waffles for Star Wars Day some years back. My kids thought it was super cool. So when their birthdays rolled around that year, they requested me to make them again. Since then, I have come up with all sorts of fun ideas…like Captain America waffles, Fishy waffles, and even a Doctor Who Dalek waffle! They make birthdays or any occasion just a little more fun! So this year, I figured these Easter Bunny Waffles should be added to the list!
Other uses for Easter Bunny Waffles
Have you ever thought of doing a brunch style birthday party? If so, these Bunny waffles would also fit the bill for a bunny themed party or even a farm animal party! You could use these instead of cake or as part of a meal before cake. You could also have kids make these as an edible craft for the party too! Also, waffles are fun anyways!
You could use these for an Easter playdate theme as well! They again would make a good edible craft or you can have them ready for your little guests to eat before they play. If you are looking to do this as a playdate and would like a fun craft to pair with this, my Marshmallow Peep house would be a super cute idea!
